Job summary

Adventus Singapore is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide on-site and remote assistance, diagnose issues, and ensure smooth operation of client systems. You will configure Windows OS, AD, Office 365, and Intune, while maintaining service levels and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably from an SI environment), strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users, diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Deploy, maintain, upgrade and support client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, network).
• Configure and administer Windows OS, AD, Office 365, Intune; handle patching and file server management.
• Maintain high user satisfaction with excellent customer service and solutions to client needs.
• Manage IT assets and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of ITSM or ITIL is advantageous.
