Job summary

Monex in Singapore is seeking a proactive Technology Support Engineer to join our IT function. You’ll be the escalation point for end-user support across Microsoft 365 and Windows, ensuring productivity and smooth operation of devices and services.

The role requires 2–4 years in IT support, strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and hands-on experience with Intune. You’ll work with security and infrastructure teams and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Intune or similar device management platforms.
• Solid troubleshooting abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Rudimentary DIY skills – able to use drills, screwdrivers, pliers
• Nice to Have Microsoft certifications (MS900, MD102, AZ900).
• ITIL Foundation.
• PowerShell or automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated end user incidents and requests, Microsoft 365 and business apps, identity and access, and endpoint issues.
• Prioritise, track and escalate tickets as needed to meet SLAs and ensure prompt support.
• Support device builds, deployments, updates, and troubleshooting across laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Maintain and support Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and other collaboration tools.
• Provide hands on office support including WiFi/LAN basics, printers, docking stations, and meeting room tech.
• Work with other engineers, infrastructure, and security teams to improve service quality.
• Desk and equipment moves, cable dressing and management.
• User onboarding, offboarding, changes as needed.
• Keep documentation and asset records accurate and up to date.
