Monex USA Inc. in Singapore seeks a proactive Technology Support Engineer to join our growing IT function. You’ll be the escalation point for end-user support across Microsoft 365 and Windows, ensuring productivity and smooth operations.

Collaborating with infrastructure and security teams, you will handle device builds, deployments, and on-site user support, while maintaining accurate documentation and asset records. 2–4 years of IT support experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Intune or similar device management.
• Solid troubleshooting abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Rudimentary DIY skills – able to use drills, screwdrivers, pliers

Responsabilités

• Resolve escalated end-user incidents and requests, Microsoft 365 and business apps, identity and access, and endpoint issues in a timely manner.
• Prioritise, track and escalate tickets as needed to meet SLAs and ensure prompt support.
• Support device builds, deployments, updates, and troubleshooting across laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Maintain and support Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and other collaboration tools.
• Provide hands on office support including WiFi/LAN basics, printers, docking stations, and meeting room tech.
• Work with other engineers, infrastructure, and security teams to improve service quality.
• Desk and equipment moves, cable dressing and management.
• User onboarding, offboarding, changes as needed.
• Keep documentation and asset records accurate and up to date.
