Job summary

CORVANTA TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to provide first-level assistance to staff, resolve hardware and software issues, and keep IT systems running smoothly.

You will install, configure, and maintain computers and printers, troubleshoot networks and Microsoft 365, and manage user accounts and security basics. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT support, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT Support or a similar technical role.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and common office applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and provide timely support to users.
• Singapore Citizens and PRs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software and system-related issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, email, Microsoft 365 and other workplace applications.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and basic IT security requirements.
• Monitor IT equipment and assist with system maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents and support requests.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when technical issues require further assistance.
• Provide technical support for new employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure IT systems and equipment are operating smoothly on a daily basis.
