Job summary

MONEX PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Technology Support Engineer in Singapore to join the growing IT function. You will be the escalation point for end-user support across a Microsoft 365 and Windows environment, ensuring productivity and that technology and facilities run smoothly.

From time to time you will assist with non-IT duties, including moving computer equipment and keeping a tidy, documented environment. 2–4 years in IT support and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IT support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Intune or similar device management platforms.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic DIY skills for hardware handling.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated end-user incidents and requests via Microsoft 365 and business apps.
• Prioritise, track and escalate tickets to meet SLAs.
• Support device builds, deployments, updates and troubleshooting for laptops/desktops/peripherals.
• Maintain and support Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
• Provide hands-on office support including WiFi/LAN, printers, docking stations, meeting room tech.
• Collaborate with engineers, infrastructure and security teams to improve service quality.
• Desk and equipment moves, cable management.
• User onboarding/offboarding and change management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset records.
