Job summary

GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to deliver onsite technical support for end users in a corporate and research environment. You will help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by resolving device issues and assisting with device setup, migrations, and decommissioning.

The role covers Windows, macOS, Linux workstations, Microsoft 365 apps, VPN access, and ITIL-aligned incident and asset management, requiring 2+ years (senior 5+).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support or deskside experience.
• Senior candidates with 5+ years are welcome.
• Experience with Windows, macOS or Linux environments and IT tooling.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and VPN access.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for end-user devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, applications, and peripherals issues.
• Assist with device setup, onboarding, replacement, refresh and decommissioning.
• Coordinate device migrations and hardware repairs with vendors.
• Support access to virtual desktop environments (VDI).
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and log incidents in service management.
