The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join on-site at Toh Guan Road. The role requires strong hands-on Windows 10/11, PXE imaging of Windows 11, SCCM/Software Center deployments, and hardware break-fix experience with Dell devices.

You will provide desktop support, IMAC/deskside services, remote and conference-room support, and maintain secure, patched desktops while coordinating with IT teams and stakeholders.

Formación

• 2-4 years of desktop support experience.
• Experience imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
• Familiar with SCCM/Software Center deployments.
• Hands-on hardware break-fix with Dell devices.
• Experience with Intune, AD, BitLocker and Outlook administration.
• Exposure to Humanscale troubleshooting and ITSM (ServiceNow).

Responsabilidades

• Manage desktop hardware, software, and connectivity incidents to resolution.
• Handle IMAC and deskside support services.
• Coordinate hard- and soft-break fix for laptops/desktops.
• Provide conference room, remote desktop, and event support at client site.
• Maintain desktop patching, imaging, and hardware replacements.
• Analyze service desk data to identify training or automation needs.
• Ensure each desktop has correct image and security profiles.

Desktop Support Engineer

5 days, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary: $2,800 - $3,000

Work Location: Toh Guan Road

• Knowledge and experience on Windows 10/11 OS
• Experience in imaging Windows 11 using Pxe boot
• Worked on software installation using SCCM, Software Center, and manually
• Hands-on experience replacing batteries and working with Dell technicians on hardware break-fix
• Experience using Intune, AD, BitLocker
• Experience in Outlook administration
• Experience in Humanscale troubleshooting
• Experience working in engineering firms or large companies
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience
• Experience with Service management tool such as ServiceNow

Job scope:

• Manage desktop device (hardware, software, and connectivity) incidents through to resolution
• Manage IMAC and deskside support services
• Manage hard- and soft-break fix services for laptops and desktops
• Provide Conference room support, Remote Desktop support and Event Support at the customer location
• Support, manage, optimize, and maintain the configuration and installation of the desktop including patch updates and hardware replacements
• Analyze service desk calls for desktop devices and incident data to identify and advise customers of potential user training requirements and automation
• Ensure that each desktop device is installed with the appropriate desktop image
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance
• Provide VIP support for deskside issues per contract and be the point of contact at the site for all IT-related issues if no other IT support team is available
