Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional in Singapore to manage desktop incidents, imaging, and deskside services.

You will support conferencing, remote sessions, and on-site events, while maintaining security and device configurations. The role requires 2–4 years of experience, Windows 10/11 proficiency, and hands-on hardware repair skills, including Dell break-fix work and PC imaging via PXE.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10/11 OS and imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
• Experience with SCCM, Software Center and manual software installation.
• Hands-on with battery replacements and hardware break-fix with Dell technicians.
• Experience using Intune, AD, and BitLocker for device management and security.
• Outlook administration experience and knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience in engineering firms or large companies, 2–4 years minimum.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for service management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop device incidents through to resolution.
• Manage IMAC and deskside support services.
• Manage hard- and soft-break fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Provide conference room, Remote Desktop, and event support at the customer location.
• Support, manage, optimize, and maintain desktop configuration and installation including patch updates and hardware replacements.
• Analyze service desk calls for training requirements and automation opportunities.
• Ensure each desktop device is installed with the appropriate desktop image.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all desktops and take action on non-compliance.
• Provide VIP deskside support and be the point of contact at site if no other IT support is available.

5 days, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary: $2,800 - $3,300

Work Location: 20 Toh Guan Road

Job scope:

• Manage desktop device (hardware, software, and connectivity) incidents through to resolution
• Manage IMAC and deskside support services
• Manage hard- and soft-break fix services for laptops and desktops
• Provide Conference room support, Remote Desktop support and Event Support at the customer location
• Support, manage, optimize, and maintain the configuration and installation of the desktop including patch updates and hardware replacements
• Analyze service desk calls for desktop devices and incident data to identify and advise customers of potential user training requirements and automation
• Ensure that each desktop device is installed with the appropriate desktop image
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance
• Provide VIP support for deskside issues per contract and be the point of contact at the site for all IT-related issues if no other IT support team is available

Requirements:
