The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to manage desktop incidents, IMAC, and deskside services at client sites across Singapore. You will implement imaging, patching, and hardware replacements while ensuring security compliance and VIP support where required.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of desktop support experience, hands-on Dell hardware knowledge, and experience with SCCM/Intune/AD. This role is on-site with a 5-day workweek in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience on Windows 10/11 OS.
• Imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
• Software installation using SCCM and Software Center, manually when needed.
• Hands-on hardware repair and replacement with Dell technicians.
• Experience using Intune, AD, and BitLocker.
• Outlook administration and email management.
• Humanscale troubleshooting and engineering firm/large company exposure.
• Minimum 2–4 years of IT desktop support experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage desktop device incidents from start to resolution.
• Handle IMAC and deskside support services.
• Perform hard- and soft-break fix for laptops and desktops.
• Provide Conference room, Remote Desktop, and Event support on site.
• Maintain desktop configuration, patching, and hardware replacements.
• Analyze service desk calls to identify training or automation opportunities.
• Ensure desktop devices have the correct image installed.
• Monitor security profiles and antivirus on all desktops.
• Provide VIP deskside support per contract and serve as site IT contact when needed.

Desktop Support Engineer

5 days, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary: $2,800 - $3,000

Work Location: Toh Guan Road

• Knowledge and experience on Windows 10/11 OS
• Experience in imaging Windows 11 using Pxe boot
• Worked on software installation using SCCM, Software Center, and manually
• Hands-on experience replacing batteries and working with Dell technicians on hardware break-fix
• Experience using Intune, AD, BitLocker
• Experience in Outlook administration
• Experience in Humanscale troubleshooting
• Experience working in engineering firms or large companies
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience
• Experience with Service management tool such as ServiceNow

Job scope:

• Manage desktop device (hardware, software, and connectivity) incidents through to resolution
• Manage IMAC and deskside support services
• Manage hard- and soft-break fix services for laptops and desktops
• Provide Conference room support, Remote Desktop support and Event Support at the customer location
• Support, manage, optimize, and maintain the configuration and installation of the desktop including patch updates and hardware replacements
• Analyze service desk calls for desktop devices and incident data to identify and advise customers of potential user training requirements and automation
• Ensure that each desktop device is installed with the appropriate desktop image
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance
• Provide VIP support for deskside issues per contract and be the point of contact at the site for all IT-related issues if no other IT support team is available
