Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to install hardware, configure software and drivers, and provide 1st/2nd level remote or onsite support. You will maintain routers and other devices, ensure LAN/WAN operation, and perform regular upgrades.

Some travel to customer sites will be required. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in IT or equivalent, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of MS Office, Windows XP/7, POS systems, and basic networking.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in IT or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office, Windows XP/XP, POS systems, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Set up hardware including installation.
• Configure software and drivers.
• Provide 1st/2nd level remote/onsite support for IT requests.
• Maintain and repair equipment (e.g. routers).
• Install LAN/WAN and other networks.
• Provide daily technical support for Windows servers.
• Perform regular upgrades to keep systems updated.
• Troubleshoot system failures and provide solutions.
• Keep records of repairs and fixes.
• Willing to travel between customer sites.
