Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma Certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ year of Technology Administration experience preferred; some network knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy.
• Independent, resourceful, results-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform End User Support – Client Management.
• Troubleshoot client platform related problems and provide timely resolutions.
• Respond to incidents, investigate and resolve escalated issues; provide status updates.
• Handle service requests related to client platforms and maintain SLAs.
• Monitor configurations and document system changes; generate regular reports.
• Contribute to client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and asset management.
• Manage user accounts (create password, reset, delete) and support local server administration.
• Oversee project delivery for client platform implementations and upgrades.
• Submit progress reports and ensure consistency across teams.
