Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer / Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Preferably with 1 or more year of related experience in Technology Administration.
• Some Network knowledge will be an advantage.
• Computer literacy in MS Office is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform End User Support – Client Management.
• Troubleshoot client platform related problems.
• Respond promptly to incidents and provide resolutions.
• Monitor the agreed service level and document system configuration.
• Manage client platform implementation and upgrades.
