Job summary

Motional Singapore Pte. Limited is seeking an IT Engineer to support end users and executives, configure workstations, and assist with task automation. You will help improve our end-user experience, imaging practices, and departmental hardware across multiple sites.

You will troubleshoot issues, document requests, and maintain security and uptime while collaborating with internal teams to meet departmental OKRs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years providing desktop support across Windows, Mac and Linux.
• Strong troubleshooting across a range of issues and environments.
• Solid understanding of IT security practices in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of IT, delivering world-class support locally and remotely.
• Troubleshoot issues, document incidents, meet SLA, and escalate when needed.
• Monitor AV/conferencing equipment to maximize uptime and manage inventory.
• Perform hardware imaging and configuration for workstations and laptops.
• Develop and maintain clear end-user support documentation.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to drive projects and OKRs.
• Apply IT security best practices to protect Motional's IP and uptime.
