Job summary

Sonova Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Services Professional to deliver effective end-user IT support, assist with configuring devices, and ensure a secure, productive IT environment across the organization.

You will diagnose Level 1–2 issues, manage device lifecycles, and support Microsoft 365 apps while collaborating with regional IT teams and vendors to drive improvements and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management or related discipline; Diploma holders with 2+ years IT experience may be considered.
• Good knowledge of corporate networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and Windows/macOS.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID and Intune is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proactive, communicative, collaborative and adaptable to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user IT support, in-person, phone and remote.
• Diagnose and resolve Level 1–2 hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage setup, configuration and lifecycle of laptops, desktops, mobile devices and software.
• Administer user access and endpoint management via AD/Entra ID and Intune.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi.
