Job summary

Motional in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a 6-month contract to join a growing on-site IT team. You will act as the face of IT, support end users and executives, and help improve imaging, endpoint practices, and hardware management across sites.

The role requires 2+ years of desktop support across Windows, Mac and Linux, strong troubleshooting and security awareness, and a collaborative, proactive approach to learning and documenting IT processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting desktop systems across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to lift/move IT hardware safely.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of IT and deliver world-class support.
• Troubleshoot issues across a range of devices.
• Document incidents and meet SLA requirements.
• Monitor AV/conferencing equipment for availability.
• Manage IT inventory and imaging processes.
• Collaborate with teams to complete projects.
• Improve end-user IT processes and docs.
