Job summary

A leading Singaporean recruiting firm is seeking an IT support professional located in Singapore. The role involves providing helpdesk support during shift hours, monitoring system performance, and conducting IT audits. Candidates should have a Diploma in Information Technology and at least one year of IT experience, along with basic SQL and network knowledge. This position offers a basic salary of up to $4,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 Year of IT Experience.
  • Possess basic SQL skill, Basic Network and Wintel system administration concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily IT helpdesk and end-user support during shift hours.
  • Monitor ticketing system and resolve SFC/WMS issues following SOPs.
  • Retrieve data using basic SQL queries.
  • Monitor network and server performance.
  • Support production label printing issues.
  • Conduct IT audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage IT onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Handle IT asset setup and procure paperwork.
  • Update internal knowledge base and perform root cause analysis.
  • Troubleshoot system, application, hardware, and software issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily IT helpdesk and end-user support during shift hours (including remote assistance when needed).
  • Monitor ticketing system and resolve SFC/WMS and manufacturing system issues following SOPs.
  • Retrieve data using basic SQL queries.
  • Monitor network and server performance; elevate urgent issues; requires basic TCP/IP knowledge.
  • Support production label printing issues (Zebra / Sharp printers).
  • Conduct IT audits, training, and ensure compliance with internal IT policies.
  • Manage IT onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain accurate asset records.
  • Handle IT asset setup, installation, configuration, procurement paperwork, and license renewals.
  • Update internal knowledge base and assist with root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Troubleshoot system, application, hardware, and software issues.
  • Follow SOPs to monitor and clear real‑time system event backlogs.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant studies
  • Minimum 1 Year of IT Experience
  • Possess basic SQL skill, Basic Network and Wintel system administration concepts.
