Job summary

A tech solutions provider in Singapore is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide first-line helpdesk support and troubleshoot various infrastructure issues including Linux, Windows, and VoIP. The ideal candidate has an ITE/NITEC or Diploma in IT or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome, and training will be provided. This role offers the chance to contribute to improving IT systems while working with vendors and teams to resolve problems quickly.

Qualifications

• ITE/NITEC or Diploma in IT, Computer, or Networking.
• Basic networking knowledge is essential.
• Knowledge of VoIP or cloud technologies is a plus.
