  • Process and track procurement requests for IT hardware and software.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage asset lifecycle.
  • Manage and resolve incoming ITSM support tickets and user requests.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotes, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with new hire setup and equipment provisioning.
  • Document and update service desk and procurement procedures.

Job description

The primary objective of this dual role is to ensure seamless IT service delivery and execute cost‑effective procurement of all necessary assets and services.

This role manages the end‑to‑end procurement cycle for all IT‑related goods and services, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, and purchase order processing. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate IT asset inventory records to support both service desk operations and financial asset tracking.

In addition, safety responsibilities for this role include managing the procurement of IT equipment compliant with safety and sustainability standards and ensuring IT service desk operations follow data security and cyber security policies.

Responsibilities
  • User Provisioning (On/Off boarding) configure AD accounts & system permissions for employees
  • Process and track procurement requests for IT hardware and software
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage asset lifecycle
  • Manage and resolve incoming ITSM support tickets and user requests
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotes, orders, and delivery schedules
  • Assist with new SOR hire setup and equipment provisioning
  • Document and update service desk and procurement procedures
Job requirements
  • Degree in IT or Degree in Supply Chain
  • Proficiency with ITSM ticket system
  • Knowledge of procurement is a plus
  • MS Office proficient for inventory/reporting
  • Excellent in problem‑solving
  • Perform rostered standby remotely and occasionally onsite. Duty roster after‑office hours, weekends, and public holidays
