Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day team management and coaching duties alongside the Sales Director
  • Make outbound cold calls and proactive sales calls to existing and new leads
  • Act as the main contact between sales channels, clients, and internal departments

  • Build and maintain strong industry relationships to support business growth
  • Travel locally and internationally to meet with key clients and partners
  • Negotiate contract terms and liaise with stakeholders across all levels
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and internal teams
  • Implement efficient processes and policies to support team success and sales operations
  • Expand the sales pipeline with qualified prospects and opportunities
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with company goals
  • Take on additional responsibilities that drive sales and effective team management
Requirements
