A leading IT consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Quality Manager to establish quality assurance standards across IT systems and services. The role includes conducting audits and inspections, leading root cause analysis, and managing testing processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, at least 5 years of experience in IT quality assurance, and strong analytical and communication skills. Certifications like ITIL and PMP are preferred, along with programming skills in Java or related technologies.
The IT Quality Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality assurance standards across IT systems and services
Develop and implement IT quality assurance policies, procedures, and frameworks. Align quality goals with business and regulatory requirements. Maintain quality documentation including SOPs, audit logs, and compliance reports.
Conduct regular system audits and inspections to ensure adherence to standards. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure compliance with ISO, ITIL, and other relevant standards.
Oversee system integration, functional, and user acceptance testing. Create and manage test plans and defect tracking systems. Monitor quality metrics and performance indicators.
