A leading project management firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant IT Project Manager specialized in corporate real estate. The role requires 3-5 years of experience managing complex IT/AV projects, including office relocations and infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams across Asia, ensuring adherence to budget and project timelines. You must have strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, with a background in investment banking or financial services preferred. This is a multi-year contract position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in corporate real estate.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar IT/AV projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT/AV projects for corporate fit-outs.
• Define and maintain project controls for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead coordination of cross-functional teams and vendors.
