We are seeking a proactive, highly organized results-driven Process Engineer lead to lead our technology strategy in a manufacturing and distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP systems, data architecture, application development, and IoT technologies. This role is critical to optimizing processes, building an integrated data architecture, and ensuring that data is accessible for effective decision-making across the organization.

ERP Systems Management

• Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems to support core business operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions align with business needs and processes. Continuously assess and improve ERP performance, scalability, and usage.

Data Architecture and decision making

• Design, develop, and implement a robust data architecture that integrates data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, IoT devices, and other applications.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, security, and consistency across the organization.
• Develop tools and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and other critical business metrics.

Application Development and Management

• Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications tailored to operational needs.
• Ensure that applications are integrated seamlessly with existing systems to enhance productivity and user experience.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual processes.

IoT Integration and Process Optimization

• Drive the adoption of IoT technologies to improve manufacturing processes, monitor equipment, and enhance supply chain visibility.
• Implement IoT solutions to capture real-time data for operational efficiency and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify and execute process optimization initiatives.

IT Strategy

• Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives innovation.
• Collaborate with the Group IT team, ensuring the development of skills and capabilities required for the evolving needs of the business.
• Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Cyber Security Governance

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT systems and data security.
• To ensure compliance and implement cyber security policies in Singapore to mitigate risks and safeguard critical business information.
• Monitor emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Proven experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and optimizing their usage.
• Strong track record in designing and implementing data architectures and driving data-centric projects.
• Experience with IoT technologies and their application in manufacturing and logistics.
