Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users and guests, addressing hardware, software and network issues.

• Handle troubleshooting and resolving IT problems, installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components.

• Provide administrative support to IT function, data entry, record keeping, report generation and manage IT assets and inventory.

• Liaise with IT contractors and vendors

• Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures, and conduct security and risk assessments of change requests.

• Identify potential vulnerabilities in infrastructure and data.
