Responsibilities

  • Assist the IS Officer in supporting and delivering IT services.
  • Lead the helpdesk team in desktop setup, system deployment, and user support.
  • Keep records of IT assets and software installations up to date.
  • Help prepare and maintain IS Section QEMS documentation.
  • Handle and review user requests, improve support processes, and ensure tickets are closed on time.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.
