A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an IT Executive to manage the smooth operation of its technology landscape. Job Summary

As an IT Executive, you will play a key role in driving the smooth operation of our technology landscape. From keeping our systems and infrastructure running seamlessly, to gathering requirements and testing new solutions, to supporting applications and training employees — you’ll be the go-to expert who ensures our people have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, shape IT processes, and make a direct impact on the organization’s efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Purchase, install, configure, test, track and maintain IT Asset Inventory (eg. computers, networks, and other office/project site equipment)
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, document failures, repairs, and installations
  • Coordinate IT aspects of onboarding/offboarding (accounts, equipment, VPN), implement system improvements, and support rollout of new hardware/software with training and user guides.
  • Act as the primary contact for in-house application issues, perform root cause analysis, monitor performance, and manage support requests via the ticketing system to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Assist in deploying application fixes, patches, and upgrades, escalating complex problems to developers or vendors when required.
  • Develop and execute test cases (functional, integration, UAT) and perform thorough QA to ensure applications meet requirements and are deployment-ready.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field of study
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar IT or application support role
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts and support a diverse user base
  • Proven experience with application support, requirements gathering, and software testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The IT Executive will be required to travel to our multiple project sites (islandwide), as and when necessary.
