Responsibilities

• Conduct server maintenance and monitoring including Windows 2012, Hyper‑V, and SQL.
• Ensure firewall maintenance and network control.
• Maintain IT hardware and software for operational efficiency.
• Administer email services for staff management.
• Handle ERP system updates and training for users.
• Troubleshoot various IT-related issues across hardware and software.
• Liaise with vendors and stakeholders regarding IT concerns.

Job description

• Server maintenance and monitoring (Windows 2012, Hyper‑V, SQL). Backup of server (Shadow Protec)
• Firewall maintenance and monitoring
• Network control and monitoring
• Maintain and service IT hardwares and softwares. Upkeep of computers to maintain operation efficiency. Ensure laptops and desktops are fully utilized and shared; repair & replace parts if necessary.
• Emails administration (email hosted by 3rd party) for new and existing staff. Ensure that deactivation of exited staff are carried out.
• ERP system administration, updating, and training to staff. Update ERP training manual periodically.
• Troubleshoot issues – servers, firewall, network, emails, computer, printer, copier, software, NAV, CCTV, website, etc.
• Liaise with stakeholders & vendors for related issues
