Job description

Responsibilities

• Supporting end-to-end server infrastructure projects, including deployment, racking, cabling, and configuration in data centers
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware and related components
• Assist in product rollouts, validation testing, and performance reporting
• Perform routine checks and diagnostics on hardware and systems
• Support field deployment and onsite troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate service logs, documentation and reports for project tracking
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Provide on-site support at client locations when required
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, IT or related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in technical support or field service
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Require occasional after-hours support (including weekends) on-site and on-call availability
• Willing to travel within Singapore or overseas occationally for installation and support assignments
