Responsibilities

• Receive and check-in IT assets using internal systems.
• Sort, pack and prepare orders while meeting daily SLA timelines.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and grading of IT assets.
• Support reporting and audits as required.
• Provide onsite support for collection and decommissioning of IT assets.
