Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for someone who has experience in IT support or Networking
Training will be provided to work on Netapp Storage
Experience Level as below

1. Year

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing & Administering NetApp platforms
• Perform and record daily checks on all the NetApp devices as per inventory
• Provisioning of SAN and NAS, including SAN Zoning. Perform capacity management, optimization and sustainable operations in the allocation and utilization of infrastructure resources
• Participates in preventive maintenance
• Replication (Snapmirror)
• Troubleshooting and maintenance
• Perform Clustered ONTAP® and firmware upgrades and recommendations, including SAN switches
• Storage and data management system monitoring by using Unified Manager and OCI
• Participates in a weekly or bi-weekly project status meetingOn-site diagnostics and replacement of hardware components
• PM and PS coordination for any potential projects
• SAM coordination for any P1 issue
• Ability to work beyond business hours and weekends for work contingencies, if required
