Job Responsibilities

• Drive regional digital transformation through IT strategy, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements

• Lead IT operations, provide on-site/off-site/remote IT support, manage assets, and ensure cybersecurity

• Manage vendors, digital projects, BI/AI solutions, and technology innovation

• Optimize business processes, dashboards, and reporting for operational efficiency

• Support IT governance, audits, and change management initiatives

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or any relevant field of study

• 1–2 years IT Support experience preferred

• Knowledge of BPM and Agile is a plus

• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and up-to-date with IT trends
