What We Are Looking For

• Strong Financial & Market Knowledge
  Demonstrates a solid foundation in investing and trading fundamentals, with hands‑on understanding of multiple asset classes and financial instruments including equities, options, ETFs, funds, and personal finance concepts.

• Educational & Communication Excellence
  Able to translate complex financial terminology and investment concepts into clear, engaging, and beginner‑friendly content for mass retail audiences.

• Content Development Expertise
  Experienced in creating structured learning programmes, training materials, scripts, and reusable educational templates to support scalable financial education initiatives.

• Collaborative Team Player
  Works effectively with investment research, education, marketing, and cross‑functional stakeholders across the organisation to deliver consistent and impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Education & Workshops

• Deliver regional financial literacy workshops and seminars across Singapore and Malaysia.

• Conduct in‑person and event‑based sessions at physical branches and industry events, covering topics such as money mindset, risk profiling, diversification, factor investing, and lifestyle finance.

• Design and manage a comprehensive “Investing 101” modular curriculum, including presentation decks, scripts, worksheets, and a centralised library of reusable materials.

Investment Insights & Research Translation

• Promote US and home‑market (SG/MY) investment opportunities as key growth themes.

• Convert institutional‑grade research and macroeconomic insights into practical, actionable investment and trading guides for different client segments.

• Support regional campaigns linked to earnings seasons, economic data releases, and thematic investment cycles with simplified learning points.

Internal Enablement & Brand Consistency

• Serve as the internal education content partner for Marketing, Partnerships, Community, and Content teams.

• Standardise beginner‑level education materials across SG and MY to ensure consistency in brand messaging and educational quality.

• Ensure all content meets regulatory standards, accuracy requirements, and user‑centric clarity.

• Host webinars and support educational initiatives for industry partners and Singapore‑listed companies.

• Represent the company at industry, media, and public engagement events, including interviews

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial markets, securities, trading, or investment‑related roles.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CMT, or equivalent are advantageous.

• Strong working knowledge of multiple asset classes and financial products, with valid CMFAS certifications (e.g. RES1A/1B, RES2B, RES5, CM‑EIP, CM‑SIP, M8/M8A, M9/M9A, HI).
