Investment Manager - Real Estate (Industrial / Logistics)

Our client is a leading is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join their dynamic team. They are a leading Real Estate Investor / Developer with a focus on the Industrial and Logistics sector. This role is regional and will over South-East Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of circa 5-10 years in managing and executing transactions from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in the Industrial / Logistics asset class.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, brokers, and financial partners.
• Manage the due diligence process, ensuring all aspects of the deal are reviewed and assessed accurately.
• Oversee the deal structuring and negotiation, aiming for optimal investment terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and value maximization of assets.

Qualifications
