Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Working closely with the CEO, this role drives investment strategy, manages portfolio companies, and ensures operational and financial excellence.
• Responsible for investment management – to evaluate and present recommendations as well as oversee investee performance
• Identify new opportunities aligned with office goals
• Manage internal / outsourced finance, legal, and compliance resources
• Build networks with investors, partners and portfolio companies
• Conduct portfolio reviews and maintain financial models
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Economics. CFA / MBA preferred
• Strong work tenure; at least 8 years of experience as Finance Manager in a family office / private investment management / corporate finance
• Possess strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent project, time management, communications and interpersonal skills
• Commercially astute and familiar with spreadsheet modelling
• Strong computing skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy
• High sense of urgency and ability to multitask
• Highly adaptable to a loosely structured environment. Leader with a collaborative and hands‑on approach

Office location : Near Tiong Bahru / Henderson| Mon – Fri (9 : 30am – 6 : 30pm)
