Job summary

A leading engineering company in Singapore is looking for an experienced professional to manage inventory and logistics operations. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain accurate records. You will also be responsible for generating reports, managing discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Store Management and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English and knowledge of inventory management software is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in store/logistics management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
• Licensed forklift operator and physically fit for loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and maintenance operations for smooth daily functioning.
• Ensure efficient and economical utilization of facilities for inventory.
• Generate Monthly Inventory Report to Finance Department.
• Manage good receipts and resolve discrepancies to maintain safety stocks.
