• Industry/ Organization Type: Furniture Wholesaler
• Position Title: Interior Designer
• Working Location: East – Ubi (Walking distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD3500
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Play a key role in transforming client visions into practical, stylish, and high-quality interiors
• Understand client goals, requirements, and preferences.
• Conduct site visits and prepare design briefs and proposals.
• Conceptualise and develop design ideas, themes, and layouts.
• Produce design drawings, mood boards, 3D visualisations, and material selections.
• Ensure designs align with the company’s capabilities in furniture supply and renovation works.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Oversee renovation and installation processes on‑site.
• Ensure design specifications, safety, and compliance standards are met.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Min. ITE
• Min 1 year of experience in interior design or renovation projects
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of materials, furnishings, and lighting are a plus
