Job summary

The selected candidate will present design proposals to clients, manage project budgets, and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles. Familiarity with Singapore renovation projects (HDB, Condo, Commercial) and proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp are required. Job Responsibilities:

• Independently handle end-to-end interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Meet and present design proposals to clients, understand their needs and convert enquiries into projects.
• Prepare space planning, design concepts, detailed drawings and 3D presentations.
• Manage project budgeting, quotations and cost control.
• Coordinate and follow up on site works, ensuring design intent is executed.
• Handle soft furnishing and styling, including furniture, lighting and accessories.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a full-scope interior designer.
• Comfortable meeting clients and presenting designs.
• Sales-oriented mindset; ability to close deals is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore renovation projects (HDB / Condo / Commercial).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D tools.
