Job description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan, design, and execute interior spaces that reflect our brand’s identity and meet functional requirements. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, excellent project coordination ability, and a keen eye for aesthetics, materials, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and layout proposals based on project briefs.
  • Prepare space planning, 2D drawings, and 3D renderings (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
  • Select materials, finishes, colour schemes, lighting concepts, and furniture.
  • Ensure design style aligns with the company’s brand identity and project goals.
  • Work closely with management, contractors, suppliers, and vendors throughout the project timeline.
  • Conduct site measurements, site meetings, and site inspections.
  • Prepare project timelines, materials lists, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor progress to ensure adherence to design intent, quality, and deadlines.
  • Produce detailed construction drawings, carpentry details, electrical plans, and lighting layouts.
  • Prepare technical specifications for materials, furnishings, and fixtures.
  • Ensure all design documents comply with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Present design concepts and proposals clearly to management or clients.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide recommendations on styling, décor, and spatial improvements.
  • Conduct final inspection before project handover to ensure everything is functional and visually consistent.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior design (commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential).
  • Strong creative visualisation and space-planning skills.
  • Good knowledge of materials, fittings, construction methods, and market suppliers.
  • Good communication skills, responsible, and able to multitask.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio of previous works is required.
