A disability inclusion organization in Singapore seeks a dedicated professional to support persons with disabilities in their transition to employment. This role involves working with individuals from Institutes of Higher Learning to implement support strategies and facilitate job placements. You will work with persons with disabilities (PwDs) from Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to be better prepared for and transition into employment. You will design and implement support strategies to enable IHL students and graduates with disabilities with different disability profiles to transit from school to work. You will also work closely with other stakeholders such as IHLs to outreach and engage PwDs, as well as employers to facilitate sustainable disability-inclusive hiring and employment practices.
