Overview

Position : Inside Sales Representative (Aeronautical Products) - ALL SALES WELCOME

Location : Seletar (3 minutes walk from bus stop)

Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross $5000 (Basic up to $4000 + Quarterly Commission)

Duration : 1 year Contract + Completion Bonus

Industry : Aerospace Industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare competitive, clear quotes and business proposals.
  • Source products, input supplier prices into ERP, and suggest alternatives/upsells.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to maximize opportunities.
  • Proactively communicate delivery delays and recurring issues to management.
  • Share customer forecasts and restocking needs with purchasing.
  • Support team members during workload peaks.
  • Keep customer contact database updated.
  • Ensure sales orders comply with ENR-209.
  • Follow up on quotes and participate in business meetings.
  • Prioritize customer calls and provide basic technical support.
  • Resolve disputes, assist with aged receivables, and process orders.
  • Attend customer visits and trade shows as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong proposal development and customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and prioritization abilities.
  • Conflict resolution, technical document analysis, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, analytics.
  • Knowledge of sales/negotiation techniques and the aeronautical sector.
