Responsibilities
  • Assess and analyze competitors’ information/trends to identify sales opportunities and business prospects
  • Maintain a constantly expanding database of leads/prospects
  • Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling and emails, to develop leads/referrals and generate interest
  • Promptly follow up on potential customers\' queries and furnish additional products/services information/solutions that is insightful to generate sales
  • Identify customers’ challenges, business needs and objectives to structure proposals
  • Well equipped with product knowledge to upsell to customers with compatible products/services
  • Proactively follow up and maintain rapport with prospects and identify possible new sales opportunities
  • Partner with other channels to build a pipeline and close deals
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up.
  • Render sales support such as preparing sales presentation, proposals, quotation and sales agreement, invoices, etc.
You will need
  • Degree or Diploma from a reputable institution
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the software and technology industry, with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • A self-starter who possesses unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, a user-centric mind, and the drive to maximize market opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Adeptness to thrive and work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines
