Job summary

A leading IT Solutions Provider is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support sales activities such as answering inquiries, processing orders, and preparing proposals. Ideal candidates will have GCE ‘O’/’A’ / Diploma education and 1-2 years of experience in sales or admin, ideally in the IT sector. The position is permanent, working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a salary package including a basic salary and performance bonus.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or admin preferred, especially in IT.
  • Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and record messages for sales personnel.
  • Assist with inquiries, process orders, and track warranties.
  • Prepare quotes and sales presentations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and record messages during the absence of Sales personnel.
  • Assist with sales activities: handle inquiries, process orders, pricing, product availability, and warranty tracking.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, sales presentations, and update delivery schedules.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, samples, and shipments.
  • Receive and check stock upon arrival.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure smooth order processing and deliveries.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives, events, and launches.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and filing.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Ensure accurate paperwork and efficient tracking systems.
  • Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
  • GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ / Diploma Holders
  • 1–2 years’ relevant experience in sales or admin, preferably in IT or tech industry.
  • Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
