Job Description

We are seeking for a replacement, detail‑oriented Immigration Administration Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing immigration documents, ensuring compliance with Singapore's immigration regulations, and coordinating with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end immigration application cycles, from content development to final service delivery.
  • Liaise with the client to gather all document packages.
  • Conduct handovers and run through the final document package to the client.
  • Adept at copywriting to prepare document packages for the clients.
  • Attend to clients' queries and completion of the formalities during and post submission.
  • Execute other duties as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/Pre‑U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Advanced, Higher or Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
