Qualifications

We’re seeking someone to join our Access Management Operations team as a detail oriented and highly organized Identity Governance Analyst with expertise in managing access recertifications (preferably on a Sailpoint product). This role is critical in ensuring secure, compliant, and auditable access management across the organization.

We work in the Technology division, using innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is an Infra Prod Management & Reliability Engineering III position at Director level, part of the job family responsible for maintaining the stability and reliability of the organization's infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability to support business operations.

What you’ll do in the role:
Access Review Lifecycle Management
  • Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to define campaign scopes, frequency, and reviewers.
  • Liaise with engineering team for new, or changes in, requirements.
  • Run UAT Builds and work closely with business users to garner feedback and sign off.
  • Configure and manage certification campaigns in production.
  • Monitor active campaigns, address any issues or escalations, and ensure timely completion.
Completeness and Accuracy Checks
  • Perform pre-launch and in-flight validation of review data to ensure campaign completeness and accuracy.
  • Reconcile review content with source systems and entitlement inventories.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues before launch and during execution as appropriate.
Revocation Tracking
  • Track and validate execution of revocation tasks post campaign closure.
  • Ensure access is removed in a timely and auditable manner.
  • Maintain logs and artifacts related to revocation activity.
Compliance Reporting and Audit
  • Ensure reporting tools are up to date with latest data.
  • Generate and distribute compliance reports for all access reviews and transfer workflows.
  • Serve as an internal audit point of contact for all access governance needs.
  • Prepare and submit audit evidence, documentation, and process narratives.
  • Attend scrum ceremonies following the best practices of Agile methodology.
What you bring to the role:
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years overall relevant experience in Identity Access Management or IT Governance roles.
  • Familiarity with UAT processes and test case development.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX, ISO 27001).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Reporting Tools, and data reconciliation.
  • Experience working with audit and compliance teams.
  • Basic scripting and database SQL knowledge.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
  • Experience in working with tracking and process management tools, e.g. JIRA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
Desired Skills
  • Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.
  • Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.
