Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an IT support professional to manage user IDs for various operating systems and applications. Responsibilities include supporting active directory management, complying with workplace securities, and providing level 1 troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience in user onboarding/offboarding and maintaining ID Admin documentation. This position calls for strong attention to detail, compliance, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience handling active directory with the onboarding or off boarding of users.
  • Experience handling ID Admin documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Create, delete, reset and suspend user's ID of operating system and application.
  • Comply with instituted workplace securities at customers' premises.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting daily.
  • Participate in IT audit and achieve SAT audit rating.
  • Perform level 1 support & troubleshooting for ID related problems.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Create, delete, reset and suspend user's ID of operating system (eg. Windows, Linux, etc.) and application per approved change request.
  • Comply with instituted workplace securities at customers' premises.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting daily
  • Review and update ID admin documentations where required
  • Participate in IT audit by providing information and documentation in a timely manner and achieve SAT audit rating.
  • Perform level 1 support & troubleshooting for ID related problems.
  • Perform tasks assigned by line manager and be always contactable.
  • Issue pin mailers and answer phone/email enquiries from institution users.
  • Perform labelling, ID revalidation and remediate all deviations in a timely manner.
  • Perform Privilege Authorization Revalidation and remediate all deviations in a timely manner.
  • Perform timely escalation to respective support team where necessary.
  • Any others ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
