Job summary

A healthcare provider in Singapore is looking for a qualified nursing professional to visit terminally ill patients at home. The ideal candidate must have ICU or Palliative Care training and preferably experience in home care. Responsibilities include managing patient care plans and collaborating with healthcare teams to meet end-of-life care needs. This position offers weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with no on-call requirements.

Location: Serangoon
Work Days: Monday to Friday
