Job description

We are seeking for a ICT TRAINER for one of the Education industry.

Responsibilities

• Work with the HOD (ICT) to design and deliver an ICT training programme for Upper Primary Students, aligned with MOE Digital Literacy skills.
• Coordinate ICT training schedules and collaborate with HODs and subject representatives.
• Support ICT-related tasks, including preparing students for ICT competitions.
• Develop teaching content and learning resources during non-coaching hours.
• Update and refresh the school website; basic–intermediate HTML is an advantage.
• Conduct simple coding lessons for Upper Primary Students ICT Club, incorporating SEL skills, and prepare students’ final projects for website showcase.
• Design and create digital media (posters, videos) for school events and assist with photography/videography. Proficiency in photo/video editing and handling equipment is required.
• Vendors should submit sample ICT plans, lesson plans, and digital art portfolios.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience conducting ICT-related programmes in Singapore primary schools.
• Diploma in Infocomm Technology, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualifications).

Note

• Contract Period from 2 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
• Work Timing: Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm
