Job Summary

The ICT Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of ICT projects by collaborating with project managers, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and governance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers in developing detailed project plans, scheduling tasks, and tracking progress to ensure timely project delivery
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, change requests, and status reports to support transparency and governance
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items to drive project momentum
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to identify and mitigate potential risks and delays
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams such as infrastructure, security, applications, and support to align project activities and resolve issues
  • Coordinate with external vendors, system integrators, and partners to ensure timely delivery of contracted services and adherence to project requirements
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports that communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders for informed decision-making
  • Monitor and escalation risks, issues, and change requests promptly to maintain project scope and quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, security policies, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in tracking project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices to support financial control and resource allocation
  • Monitor resource utilization and allocation to optimize project efficiency and capacity planning
  • Support procurement and contract administration activities to facilitate smooth vendor engagement and contract compliance
  • Manage project information using tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and CoPilot for M365, ensuring proper version control and document management
