Job description

We’re looking for a creative hybrid — someone who can design, shoot, edit, and think. You’ll be the visual storyteller who brings our brand to life with scroll-stopping content across social platforms. If you’re the type who’s always ahead of the trends and sends inspo links to your friends before they blow up, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Shoot engaging video content using cameras, DJI gear, and smartphones
• Conduct on-site shoots (interviews, events, real-life storytelling)
• Edit short-form videos (3–7 reels per week, 60–120s each) in Adobe Premiere Pro & CapCut
• Create content optimized for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
• Plan, produce, and deliver shoots end-to-end (concept to final export)
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns, branding, and advertisements
• Bonus incentives for hitting KPIs

What You Bring:

• Confidence shooting with cameras, DJI equipment, and smartphones
• Strong editing skills: Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom
• Bonus if you know After Effects or DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to work fast, independently, and under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience OR a strong portfolio that speaks for itself
