Job Descriptions

  • Maintain and update employee information in HR systems to ensure data accuracy.

  • Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., medical, insurance, leave, claims) and handle related queries.

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance, overtime, and leave records.

  • Prepare C&B reports, including payroll summaries, headcount, and cost analysis.

  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company policies.

  • Liaise with external vendors (e.g., insurers) to resolve employee issues.

  • Provide general HR administrative support to the Compensation & Benefits team

  • Coordinate scheduling for training sessions, workshops, and learning programs.

  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and employee learning history in HR systems.

  • Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and evaluation surveys.

  • Support in sourcing and liaising with external training vendors and facilitators.

  • Track training budgets, invoices, and payments.

  • Generate reports on training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness.

  • Respond to employee queries on training schedules, e-learning platforms, and L&D policies.

  • Provide administrative support for wider HR projects when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Administration or related discipline.

  • Entry Level is welcome to apply

  • Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel.

  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment

  • Organized and meticulous with initiative, good working attitude and willing to learn
