Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced payroll operations manager to oversee full spectrum payroll operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local regulations, manage payroll analytics, and support HR initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Oversee full spectrum of payroll operations, including commissions, incentives, benefits, and claims
  • Prepare monthly payroll journals, bank reconciliations, and payroll reports
  • Handle statutory submissions such as CPF, government paid leave, and IR21 clearance
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance with local labour regulations
  • Generate payroll analytics reports to support compensation and business decisions
  • Maintain accurate payroll documentation and ensure audit readiness
  • Manage time, attendance, and leave administration systems efficiently
  • Serve as the main contact for HR systems and employee insurance matters
  • Administer employee benefits such as corporate perks and birthday vouchers
  • Support ad-hoc HR or payroll-related initiatives when required
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 5 years of relevant payroll experience
  • Knowledge of using Prosoft HR System will be advantageous
